Housing program offering a hand

FREMONT -- The city of Fremont's Community Housing Improvement Program, administered by the WSOS Community Action Commission, is providing assistance for income-eligible homeowners in the following areas: repairs to foundations; electrical and plumbing systems; replacement of windows, furnaces and roofs; as well as insulation and siding repair.
