Flashings will resolve mysterious roof leak

Q. I have a two-story home with an attached garage, and where the garage roof meets the second-story wall of the house I've had a persistent roof leak that no one seems to be able to solve. The home is brick with vinyl siding on the second story. The leak occurs down low where the siding meets the brick. Have you heard of this before and do you have any idea who I could call for my problem?
