Man pulls roof-repair scam on 92-year-old Scarsdale woman, cops say

SCARSDALE ? A Long Island man tricked a 92-year-old Scarsdale woman into believing he had made $2,400 worth of roof repairs on her home and scammed her out of the money for work he never did, police said today.
